They are easily one of the best maintenance company in the UAE, providing preventive and emergency maintenance service for all type of dwellings, at a reasonable price. I have been totally satisfied with their service since taking an annual service contract for my property located in the Springs, Dubai. They take care of all engineering systems usually found in a modern dwelling – HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing. Even some minor repair of wood work and ceramics is on offer. One of the most important aspects of maintenance contracts is being able to provide clients with feedback. THT in this regard offers an extensive report once work is complete.
